Returns & Refunds Policy

At Headireland.ie, we understand that sometimes what you receive isn’t quite what you expected. No worries, our return process is hassle-free. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Return Timeframes

Non-sale items: Can be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Sale items: Must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with all labels and accessories included.
2. Refund Approval Criteria
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected by our team.
Items must meet our resale criteria to be eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

Items show signs of use or damage not caused during transit

Packaging is missing or damaged

The item falls outside of the return timeframe
3. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your delivery.

A description of the damage

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Returns due to transit damage reported after 3 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Faulty or Defective Items
Products that are faulty or defective are not subject to the 3-day transit damage window.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@headireland.ie with supporting details or photos.
Faulty items will be assessed by our team and may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If returning due to change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If returning an item due to damage in transit or a fault, and once approved by our team, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Please ensure you use a trackable postal service, as we cannot process a refund for items lost in return transit.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless faulty or defective. These include (but are not limited to):

Opened or used personal care products

E-liquids and other perishable goods
These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product pages.
